Excellent staff, great communication, very personable and friendly. Initially consulted Kittie, then met with Jeff for estimate stage, then Joe performed the tree service with a solid & hard working crew. Had 3 other estimates done, but hands down UFP gave us the most comprehensive & professional evaluation and both arborists were fantastic. The job was so big they had to come back a 2nd day to safely block off the street to complete pruning - yet came in exactly on estimate! Very open to communication and made us feel 100% confident our trees & property were in good hands. Will recommend UFP and use them for any future needs without hesitation.

Hoyt Arboretum- Arborist Partner
Urban Forest Professionals provides a yearly commitment of financial support to the arboretum to support a public interest in all
things trees. Many employees of Urban Forest including the owners give up a Saturday to work in the arboretum providing
pruning maintenance to the trees.

Forest Park Conservancy- Companywide Volunteer Program
2 days a year Urban Forest Professionals employees go to work with Forest Park Conservancy employees to fight invasive
species and protect our native plans in forest park. Our employees this year agreed to go without pay for that day and to instead
donate their day's wages to a mutually agreed upon charity.
